In order to collect your prize, you will need to ensure that you have a Player Account. If you do not have a Player Account, you can register for one here.

The Credit Card or Player Card that you played the winning game with must be associated to your Player Account. You may do this by logging in above, updating your profile, and clicking the "Attach Card" button. A Player Account may only have one card associated to it.

When you log in to your Player Account after associating your card, you will be able to download a Claim Form for your prize.
