  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Incredible Technologies, Inc. SSBC Fall 2008 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia who have valid email addresses and are 18 years of age or older, unless prohibited by local regulation or law, except for residents of the states of Alaska, Hawaii, or New Jersey, who are not eligible to enter or to receive prizes. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, including their respective household members), of Incredible Technologies, Inc. ("IT"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, state and local laws. U.S. law governs the Sweepstakes: it shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of Illinois, and all legal actions regarding it shall be made in the courts of that state.
  2. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) on August 29th, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 pm CST on December 25th, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
  3. HOW TO ENTER: On a participating online-enabled Silver Strike Bowlers Club 2009 machine, on or after August 29th, 2008, and before December 26th, 2008, play one registered game of Silver Strike Bowling: normal play costs apply. For each registered game that is played, one entry into the Sweepstakes will be made: no additional consideration is required to obtain your entry. In addition, for each registered game that is played during which the player achieves a strike on the "red pin" frame, an additional five entries into the Sweepstakes will be made. Players who enter by swiping a credit card at a participating online-enabled Silver Strike Bowler's Club 2009 machine and subsequently win a prize will be asked to register for a player persona (ID) on the web if they do not already have one, using that credit card for verification purposes, but will not be charged or asked to pay any additional fees. Players who use an IT-issued Player Card, or who enter under the terms of Section Four, will not be asked for a credit card number.
  4. ALTERNATE ENTRY: Free access to entries via a participating online-enabled Silver Strike Bowler's Club 2009 machine is also available. No payment, fee, or any other consideration is required to enter the sweepstakes using the method set forth in this section. To enter the sweepstakes without having to pay to play a registered game of Silver Strike Bowling, print "SSBC FALL 2008 SWEEPSTAKES," your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, on a single, white 3 inch by 5 inch post card in blue or black ink and mail with a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope (residents of Vermont may omit return postage) in a standard #10 envelope to: Incredible Technologies, Inc., ATTN: SSB Sweepstakes Entries, 3333 North Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004-1429. The entry post card, mailing envelope, and return envelope must be completed by hand, using blue or black ink. Only one entry may be requested per envelope. Alternate entries must be postmarked no earlier than August 22nd, 2008, no later than December 12th, 2008 and received by December 19th, 2008. Limit one alternate entry per envelope. Entries become the property of IT and will not be acknowledged or returned. Upon IT's receipt of a qualified alternate entry request, IT will forward a 32-character code to the entrant which must then be entered into a participating online-enabled Silver Strike Bowler's Club 2009 machine to finalize the entry. The entrant will at that time then automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes and be given the same chance an entrant under Section 3 has to win extra entries. Mechanically produced, reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. ENTRIES CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED BY ACCESSING A PARTICIPATING ONLINE-ENABLED SILVER STRIKE BOWLER'S CLUB 2009 MACHINE. ENTRANTS UNDER THIS SECTION MUST ENTER THE PROVIDED CODE INTO A PARTICIPATING ONLINE-ENABLED SILVER STRIKE BOWLER'S CLUB 2009 MACHINE TO ENTER, BUT WILL NOT BE ASKED FOR ANY PAYMENT AT ANY STAGE DURING THE PROCESS. Potential entrants may send questions to entries@silverstrikebowling.com for more information, although requests for entries and/or entry forms cannot be processed other than as set forth above.
  5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by IT on each Friday, from all eligible entries received and processed by 11:59:59 PM CST the preceding Thursday, beginning on or about September 5th, 2008. All such entries are eligible for a) the next regularly scheduled weekly drawing, if any, and b) the next regularly scheduled monthly drawing. Potential winners will be notified by electronic mail, whether directly or to their IT Player Accounts, or overnight or US mail, at IT's discretion, by each successive Friday (one week after drawing) beginning on or about September 12th, 2008, and are required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, and return these documents, properly executed and postmarked no later than 30 business days of issuance of notification. IT also reserves the right, when time is of the essence in awarding a prize and at its sole discretion, to use alternative methods to contact potential winners, including but not limited to telephone calls or direct email contact. Entrants who provided a credit card number and did not have a player persona at the time of entry MUST register for a player persona on the website at http://www.silverstrikebowling.com and identify it with the credit card used to enter. Non-compliance within this time frame, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified. If a weekly prize is not awarded due to failure to claim or non-compliance with the rules of the Sweepstakes, that prize will be put into an Unclaimed Prizes fund. Within ninety (90) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the Unclaimed Prizes fund shall be awarded as set forth below regarding unawarded Monthly Prizes. If a Monthly Prize is not awarded to the original drawee, the Monthly prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner selected via the same method as primary winners. If any Monthly prize has not been awarded after three (3) entrants have been drawn and then proved ineligible and/or failed to claim their prize as set forth herein, the cash value of the prize will be awarded to the "Make a Wish Foundation" or other eligible charity selected by IT. If a claimant files a claim form, but does not take delivery of their prize, or arrange a date certain for delivery within a reasonable time frame, which shall not be less than ten (10) business days from the filing of the claim form, IT reserves the right to donate the unclaimed prize to an eligible and suitable charity. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize award or offer per entrant per drawing. IT's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes and by entering, all entrants stipulate and agree to IT's final authority over such matters.
  6. PRIZES: Monthly Prizes (4): One Gasoline Gift Card from a national gasoline retail chain with a face value of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand United States Dollars) for the drawing of September 26th ; One Bass Pro Shops Gift Card with a face value of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand United States Dollars) for the drawing of October 31st; One American Airlines Gift Card with a face value of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand United States Dollars) for the drawing of November 28th; and One Harley Davidson Motorcycle with an Approximate Retail Value of $15,000 (ARV Fifteen Thousand United States Dollars.) for the drawing of December 26th. Weekly Prizes (130): Cash awards of $100 (One Hundred United States Dollars) for weekly drawings of September 5, 12, and 19; October 3, 10, 17, and 24;, November 7, 14, and 21; and December 5, 12, and 19; with ten (10) winners to be drawn on each of those dates. Total approximate retail/cash value of all prizes: $43,000.00 (Forty-three Thousand United States Dollars.) Specifics of non-cash prizes are at the sole discretion of IT. Any and all guarantees and warrantees on non-cash prizes are subject to the manufacturer or carrier/provider's terms and conditions and winners agree to look solely to said manufacturers, carriers and/or providers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Prize awards are subject to availability and IT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a prize of equal or greater value, including monetary payment, if advertised prize is unavailable or impractical to award. All prizes will be awarded as set forth herein. Prizes are not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except by IT at its sole discretion. All taxes and any other costs related to any prizes not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility and notice requirements. Entrants further understand and agree that all participation, whether by free entry or via paid play, requires the use of a participating online-enabled Silver Strike Bowler's Club 2009 machine to finalize entry and a valid email address to receive notification. By placing an entry and/or accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photography, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by IT, or a party designated by IT, including but not limited to, any online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the venue for any and all such disputes shall be in the State or Federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Entrant agrees that the conditions of submission set forth in these Official Rules, and all documents and agreements incorporated in these Official Rules by reference solely govern the relationship between the entrant and IT in connection with this Sweepstakes.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND EACH OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. HAS NOT MADE NOR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZES THEREIN. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. WEBSITE AND INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, postage due or stolen entries, submissions or notifications of prize awards, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone or other communications failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by IT, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. IT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes at any time without notice, if in its opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer viruses, technical errors or unintentional mechanical mistakes, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, IT may void any entries it suspects are at issue and award prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE GAME, IT'S WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, IT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. IT's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this or any other provision. IT reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, IT reserves the right to terminate that entrant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with this competition via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means is prohibited. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
  9. WINNERS' LIST: For the names of the winners, available after March 1, 2009, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by March 30, 2009, to: Incredible Technologies, Inc. SSB Sweepstakes Winners List, 3333 North Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004-1429. Residents of VT may omit return postage. The names of winners may also be viewed at http://www.silverstrikebowling.com.
  10. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR: The "IT" referred to in this Sweepstakes is Incredible Technologies, Inc., 3333 North Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004-1429, and IT is acting as both the Sponsor and the Administrator of this sweepstakes.
