Although the Silver Strike Bowler's Club era has transitioned to Silver Strike LIVE, there are plenty of items worth recognizing that have helped develop Silver Strike into the world's greatest bowling game.

Silver Strike Bowler's Club gave players a chance to swipe their card and track their averages and playing tendencies online. This was a significant and necessary precursor to the enhancements in online play that can be seen in Silver Strike LIVE. There were also plenty of exciting features and events that paved the way to where we are today.

Vegas Bowling – This popular game mode has made its way from SSBC to SS LIVE and gives players the chance to earn playing cards for every mark a bowler earns. This added bonus is perfect for those looking for achievements beyond the game and bragging rights outside their score.

Survivor Mode – Survivor Mode took competitive bowling and embraced individual battles on a single cabinet. In this mode, up to 16 players could bowl at one time, all of which were looking to roll as many strikes as possible. The bowler who was able to accumulate the most strikes without running out of "lives" was deemed the winner.

2008 SSB National Championship – The 2008 SSB National Championship was the ultimate bowling spectacle. Playing In the Kingpin Suite at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, 32 of the games top bowlers played one another for ultimate SSB bragging rights and a $10,000 top prize. In the end, it was Cedar Rapids native Mike Cornwell prevailing in this unforgettable event.

Sweepstakes – Players from all over the country we're given a chance to win big prizes, simply by swiping their card in a SSBC machine! The minute someone swiped, they were immediately entered in a contest where they could win items like: cars, trucks Harleys, trips, gift cards, cash and much more!
